My experience with White’s Jewelry was a 10/10. Maria helped me out and was outstanding through the whole process. I got an engagement ring through them and the process was extremely efficient and the ring turned out beautiful. The store as a whole was very outgoing and they were all able to hold a conversation. Not only did I purchase an engagement ring from them but also created relationships with the employees and even the owner of the store. They get back your piece of jewelry to you in a reasonably manner. I love how my engagement ring was customized and how perfect my wedding band fits into it. Definitely must go!

ONLINE PURCHASE — with SURPRISE FREE GIFT!! Amazing experience ordering online for Christmas gift! I was looking for a specific pair of Kendra Scott earrings that were sold out almost everywhere else. I found them here at the best price. They shipped quickly and came before Christmas, but because they arrived a little later than the website estimate, the considerate store owner actually sent me a pair of sterling silver earrings (photo) as a gift with a handwritten note!! I will definitely buy my jewelry and gifts from White's Fine Jewelry in the future. I buy a lot online and this is the first time I was genuinely surprised by receiving such a nice gift. I wore them to celebrate Christmas with my family. Thank You, White's :-)

The selection and variety of jewelry was great! I went in looking for help picking out a Pandora bracelet and Hope was so helpful! She was happy to answer all my questions and talk about the differences in the bracelets. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush me at all even though the store was busy. I went to White's Fine Jewelry to purchase an engagement ring. The staff was very nice and accomadating. They aren't like the other jewelry stores, White's seems to care about the customer. I will definitely take all of my future business to White's.

My husband and son purchased items for me for Christmas so the text on Christmas Eve kind of gave away they were there because my husband uses my number in case there was an issue.—that’s the only thing I would recommend changing. However I had an issue with one of the charms because I am fairly new to Pandora and stopped at your store. The employee was so kind to help me add my charms to my bracelet, it was very nice.

Jan was spectacular to work with. She made sure my Pandora order got to me in time. I was in a time crunch. I gifted the jewelry and they love it! I look forward to working with Jan again in the future.
